SCCM Driver Packs - General

I haven't used Dell driver packs in a few years, but am going to now. Downloaded the XP13 9350 driver pack and imported into SCCM ( 2007 first, then will 2012).   Looks like there are 30+ drivers for the Realtek High Definition Audio.  I know i have seen similar before.  Due to a concern of driver bloat and unneeded drivers, can anyone explain to me why/if all of these drivers are needed? I was always a fan of the driver package approach vs. just adding drivers that are not built into Windows ( 7 x64 at this point).  Just wanted thoughts to this and if there is a good way to tell exactly which drivers I need or if I simply just need all of them and leave them imported.
