e7250 with docking station imaging osd, MBAM issue

Hi ALL,

     When I image computer (only in model e7250) with docking station E-Port Plus PRO2x, after encrypt the drive when reboot, it goes to bitlocker recovery mode, so it won't take pin created during encryption. I am getting lots of call call from other regions with this issue. Other models with same replicator working fine.

If you reimage without undocked, and then docked, we get same recovery bitlocker windows. Any help
