Custom Report in Admin Console using the tbl_ReportDeletedPages table

I would like to create a customer report in Admin console using the information exported to the tbl_ReportDeletePages table and information located in an IA value.  We have a custom field in IA that gives a document identification number for each page.  When a page or a document is deleted out of IA Index, the detailed information is exported to the tbl_ReportDeletedPages table in the InputAccel database.  I need to somehow get my custom field with the document identification number in either that table or somewhere.
