Dell monitor ps5 120 fps

I was searching everywhere for answers how to get my monitor to 120 fps without a pc. Everyone having questions I have the answer. Your monitor will automatically go to 120fps if the game allows it normally if it says ps5 next to the game it’s 120 fps.
