Their does seem to be a significant lag in notifications at least.Your post in the morning did not get to my e-mail box until the evening.
I'm going to move this post over to the ECN Help area and request further investigation.
I have escalated this to the ECN Support Team and they are looking into it now. I'll post a finding once I hear anythnig. Thanks for the confirmation of this RRR.
We can now reply to the email notification to post an answer, which is a nice feature.
Major drawback : we're now receiving posts from a user's "Out of Office" notification. It is also an open door for spams and junk messages.
