Error Loading Desktop Client

I've tried reinstalling RSASecurIDToken411.msi on a Windows 7 64 bit laptop, I get "Error Loading Desktop Client" when I try to launch the SecurID app.  I can get the ie web plugin installed but it will not regcognize the sdtid file.  Are there any installation, or application logs that might help me figure out what is causing this error message?   When uninstalling I have been checking to make sure the regsitry is clear, and I've also looked and windows permissons on app and installation folder.

I've installed this on the users blackberry as a work around.
