It seems e-mail notifications are affected. The issue is being worked by the ECN Support Team right now. As soon as I have an update I will let you know.
i get email notification for new content, i just don't know how to reply anymore.
Here is what the email looks like when it came in:
but when i hit reply it wants to send it to my domain name (mycompany.com)
This is a known issue. It's affecting all users I believe. (I get new notfications but replies don't work). We are working on it as I write.
Just tried it against the RDF ticket which was the last one to come through jive-823776344-68U-2-1Xkx@emc.com this was the reply address which is incorrect as I have just seen the first part of this topic. However it looks like I would need to remember to delete my signature details everytime.

After the upgrade we see the difference in the email's colorful format (html), As I am a regular reader, it becomes little difficult to store all the email because of its size when stored in large numbers, Is there any way we can customize the settings to regular text only format (email).
