Anyone know the EMC SOHO username and password? I bought an SS4200-E and I'm trying to access the built-in operating system to deal with sata hsm errors.

My son gave me his SS-4200WHE. He forget the password and login for EMC SOHO software. Is there a way to reset the software?

That reset the system but EMC SOHO still needs a login and password. EMC SOHO must by on the motherboard, no? Is there a way to clear it using a jumper on the board or something like that?
