Can we update SAN PS Firmware From V8.1.0 to 10.0.2 directly

We have a SAN machine with PS Version V8.1.0. I have a plan to update PS series Firmware. Can we update the PS firmware from V8.1.0 to V10.0.2 directly. If we can do that what would be the impact on current configuration compatibility.

Hello, 

 No you cannot directly upgrade from 8.1.0 to 10.0.2.  The update process would not allow that. 

 The firmware update document for each revision shows the proper steps to get to that revision.
