Container "Container" is already marked for deletion.

I am using DR4100 storage and few days back backup software password changed then backup process stopped. i have changed back the password as before but still storage didn't start up.

1- i have removed the container from the storage

2- run the reclaim_space command using cli. but still space is not claimed after 2 days. still the container is showing when i use the command container --show

3- i have restarted the storage as well. still same

4- created a new storage but still i am getting the same message from the backup software "There is not enough free space in the backup destination folder".

Is there is anything else we can do?? how can i delete this folder? but from the global view shows only 1% used.

I need a support from someone as soon as possible.
