MD3200 Shutdown Procedure
Hello
Is there any specific procedure for shutting down a MD3200 or do you just power down your hosts and pull the power on the MD?

Hello,
This forum is specific to Dell PS Series Storage (Equallogic)
However, with all SAN storage, you want to first shutdown the servers, then shutdown the storage
I would check in the GUI, for a shutdown option. That's preferred to just powering off the SAN. If you are going to do that. Wait 5 minutes after shutting down all the hosts before pulling power. This should insure that all data in cache is written to the RAID.
