Hello,

Is this a duplicate of this thread?

If not some common answers are there.

Is getting to GUI only issue?  Are you servers still connecting to it?

After reading several topics I verified that the customer did not have the management cable on the second controller. So the loss of communication after reboot. Thanks for the reply and a great week everyone!

Hello,

That is great news!  Glad it was a simple fix.   Thank you for letting us know.

Are they planning on continuing to upgrade the firmware?   Hopefully, yes as the 8.x family is no longer being developed.  All EQL customers should be running 10.0.x.  Latest is 10.0.2.

 Regards,

Don
