SAN HQ upgraded now its emailing me every hour!
just like the subject says, I have a known issue on my array that is awaiting resolution but SAN HQ is emailing me about it every single hour even though the message in the email says:
- Condition already generated an e-mail message. If the condition persists, additional messages will be sent approximately every 12 hours.
I changed it from 6 hour to twelve hours during troubleshooting but it appears this setting is being ignored and SANHQ continues to email me every hour. This was not happening before the upgrade to 3.1.0.7890.

Hello Don,
Please open a case, but if you look at the ID of the error, i.e. 22.4 you can find that under Notifications, and disable it. There are multiple catagory tabs, infor, warning, critical, ... You will likely need to disable it under more than one category to get it to stop.
