SCVMM SMP WMI not responding
Hi,
we have a SC VMM 2012 R2 on 2012 R2 running. I setup the SMP WMI Provider functionality and it was running fine for some months.
Last weekend we patched the SC VMM with the latest Windows updates and with the UR5 for VMM. Now the VMM says "Not responding" all the time.
I opened a call with Microsoft.
Is this a known issue?

There is a hotfix for CU5 that fixed the issue for me.
The expection report included:

System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null.
---------------------

It says something about a fix for "ArgumentNullException". It says something about a replication service, but I tried it and it worked for me.

It seems that I have similar issue. Last week I tried to reconfigure the Array in SCVMM and I started to get weird errors. I tried to start from scratch, meaning that I removed the array from SCVMM and re-added. Commands New-EqlGroupAccess and Connect-EqlGroup worked, but Import-SCStorageProvider fails.
I hope they find a solution for this quickly!
