Updated PS Series Configuration Guide?

Is there an updated Dell PS Series Configuration Guide that list the usable storage with 8TB drives? The only guide I can find only lists up to 6TB drives in the PS6210E and PS6610E?

I need to find out the usable capacity of the following systems with the different Raid Configurations

PS6210E - 24x8TB Raid10 and Raid 6

PS6610E - 42x8TB Raid10 and Raid 6

PS6610E - 84x8TB Raid10 and Raid 6

Hello,

I don't think so.  However, if you have it for 6TB, add about 1.3TB per drive for 8TB drives.  That should get you very close.

The 6210E in R6 should be about 138TB.

6210E at R6 uses two RAIDsets, 4x drives for parity and one host spare. Leaving 19 drives * 7.3TB each

 6210E in R10  would be 11 * 7.4TB, two hot spares,  for 80TB (approx)

I don't have access to a 6610 to confirm number of RAIDsets but I believe it's six RAIDsets at R6.

 70 drives times 7.3TB = 511TB  (approx)

 6610E at RAID10 = 41 drives times 7.3TB = 299TB(approx)

  Regards,

Hello,

 Yup, I had it correct.  So 42 drive R6 = 248TB (approx)

Though the R10 line isn't clearly indicating they are mirrors.  Looks like copy/paste mistake.

 42 drives minus two spares, 40 drives / 2 for mirroring leaves 20 drives for data.  20 * 7.3TB = 146TB
