Hello Juan, 

 Those errors mean that those drives are not certified Dell Equallogic drives.  There is a signature that added during manufacturing  that those drives are missing. 

 You can't use standand OEM drives in Equallogic arrays.  Sounds like you aren't under warranty?

 Can you post the exact error?   What version of firmware is the array running? 

 Maybe a screenshot?

Thanks for the feedback, and could you tell me if there is a possibility of updating Firmware in the field and what exactly is the Part Number of this disk.

Re: Upgrade.  No.  The drives come from the mfr that way.  There's no way to take a non Dell drive and make it work.
