we just received a new EQL and need to add it to our support site. where do we go to do this?

I think this is not possible anymore. In the early days there was a "add" function on www.equallogic.com -> eqlsupport.dell.com. Right now i see most of the EQLs listet but not all.
But this was never be a problem because if you need support you need the STAG/Expresscode.
