Do you have an MD3xxx system? Also, what is the complete error that you received as what you posted isn’t providing any information?

Thats correct, this is a MD3200i.
We get these messages on a daily basis, I copied and pasted the message as received, the worrying thing is there is no clear message to indicate what could the critical issue be.
