batteria collegata ma non in carica xps 15
buongiorno,
da qualche tempo la batteria non si carica più. L'ho sostituita, ma non ho risolto. Ho comprato un caricabatterie nuovo e non ho risolto.
Dal sito DELL ho provato a seguire le indicazioni di quando la batteria non si carica, ma non ho risolto.
Ho letto che windows 10 può creare questo problema, ma seguendo i passaggi per rimediare non è successo niente.
Ho cercato di fare la diagnostica dal sito DELL, ma al secondo passaggio si blocca e mi dice che c'è un errore.
Facendo la diagnostica prima dell'avvio del computer (con il tasto F12) compare un errore:
error code 2000-0142
validation 85517
msg; hard drive 0 - S/N WX21C32K5458
Non so se questo errore potrebbe riguardare la batteria, AIUTATEMI!!!

si effettivamente il problema dovrebbe riguardare la batteria.

Ho anche io questo problema con il mio latitude e6230 (win10pro) ho preso 2 batterie (1 originale e 1 compatibile) ma il problema permane. Qualcuno ha un consiglio. Grazie
