An interesting and motivating video. Having been in corporate L&D since 1984 (37 years and counting!), I've experienced being an ILT designer/developer, an ILT trainer, a VILT designer/developer, a VILT trainer and loved it all. I was wary of the move to synchronous online instruction...until I realized it contributes to everyone's becoming more acceptant of the transition to the digitalization of ... everything. Here's to VILT.
