Symmetrix VMAX Training
Hi,
I have a question about Symmetrix VMAX training.
I am told by our VAR that training for VMAXe and VMAX are same:
Symmetrix VMAXe

Symmetrix Solutions (VMAX and DMX)
https://education.emc.com/guest/training/learning_paths/symm_sol.aspx
Are they same? If so, why different names/sections?
Apparently, we used edu credits and they sent VMAXe and we bought VMAX (not e). Also, is it possible to get one full PDF of the modules vs 14 or 15 PDFs, 1 for each module?

There are differences between the two--I would contact Education@EMC.com to have someone take a look at your order.

Thank you. We did contact emc and it seems that Video DVD is no longer an option? We can't buy Video DVD anymore? Please let me know.

You can still purchase DVD VILTs. We also offer them in Stream format, but you can order the DVDs. When you search in the catalog on our site, select Delivery Mode: Video ILT.

Thanks. We did order AGAIN and its in steam format... very disappointed. Why isn't there clear way to order these things with proper format defined? Its been 6 months that we're trying to get train ordered but going in circles instead!
