AMD Catalyst Control Center is not starting.

I bought an Inspiron 15 3521 laptop with Win 8 64 bit installed in it. It has AMD HD 7670m graphic card ( switchable) in it. When i updated the graphic driver it started not responding. It says Catalyst Control center : Host Application is not working. I tried re installing but it didnt work and i also switched to previous version but the same thing happened. help?
