AMD Radeon HD 7970M graphics card issue (M18xr2)

I have dual HD 7970's in my M18x and recently I've had to replace my hard drive, which worked out fine. However i'm having to manually redownload my drivers off of dell.com. Everything works fine except my 7970's. I downloaded the drivers I need for my 7970's and my integrated graphics. The integrated works fine but whenever I switch to my 7970's by pressing Fn+F7 and rebooting, I have issues with them.

For starters, I have no Catalyst Control Center, cannot play ANY game, and watching videos with adobe flash player doesn't always work properly. Whenever I try to play a game I get a black screen for 1-15 seconds and then it crashes.

I've tried using DriverSweeper and downloading the drivers off of AMD's website but when I do I get a black screen when I boot my computer when I download the drivers they say are compatible.

Here are the drivers off of Dell that I download: http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/DriverDetails/Product/alienware-m18x-r2?driverId=JH9P7&osCode=W764&fileId=2972259120&languageCode=en&categoryId=VI

And here on the drivers off of AMD that I have also tried (after using driversweeper obviously): http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Pages/radeonmob_win7-64.aspx#1 I have tried the beta drivers AND using the auto-detect. Same issue happens.

I've also tried the drivers on my Resource CD (which are the same drivers on Dell.com) and still having the same issue.

Please help!!!

As I said, I've done that. Whenever I download my drivers I get a black screen on boot up and have to boot up in safe mode to uninstall the drivers. The problem seems like it's because of having incompatible drivers but i'm downloading the drivers for my service tag, for my OS, and for my card off of Dell. The link I provided are the drivers I need, they just don't work.
