Apostrophe key stopped working.

Hi All.  I have a Dell Inspiron 1545 Laptop that was upgraded to Windows 10 back in April.  Everything worked fine as far as I could tell, but about a week ago my apostrophe key stopped working.  I tried installing a different keyboard language but the key still does not work, so I do not think that it is a software problem.  Last night I popped the top of the key off and used compressed air to blow underneath it, but still not working.  Does anyone have any troubleshooting suggestions?  Is it possible to replace this key on the keyboard, or does the whole keyboard have to be replaced?  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
