BIOS updates using Ubuntu
I have a Dell Vostro V13 with Ubuntu preinstalled (I've upgraded to version 11.04).
I would like to upgrade my BIOS to a newer firmware, but there seems to be no option to do that since Dell.com only provides a Windows executable file.
Obviously, using the FreeDOS floppy disk option is impossible too.

There are Windows bootable images available - www.bootdisk.com -- for BIOS flashing.
