How can I deactivate only the bluetooth on dell inspiron n5110? I only want to use the wi-fi and not the bluetooth.

You may be able to turn of the BT in the BIOS setup program.

If I turn it off from BIOS, then Will I be able to turn it on when I'll have the pc open?

No. It will be deactivated. To activate it again, you will have to go back into the BIOS.
