Buying Docking Station for XPS 15?

HI everyone,

I have a Dell XPS 15 laptop that I bought recently. I would like the ability to be able to plug it into my existing large screen monitor, printer(s), mouse and full-size keyboard but doing that each time can be cumbersome. Someone mentioned that I should get a docking station.

Does anyone know if there is a docking station that works with my laptop or are they generic? Any advice for what to look for would be HUGELY appreciated.
