Buzzing sound during videos, streaming, etc.

Mine started with this: static.ak.fbcdn.net/connect/xd_proxy.php and a constant effort to loading a website. I have a Dell Inspiron 1545 and it's been going on for 2 weeks. It's annoying and I am concerned about computer damage.

In the field that shows a website trying to load, it keeps trying to load but never stops.

In researching this problem, I found out that it originated with Facebook and they are working on it; too bad it started in late 2010. When are they going to find the fix, or hasn't there been enought complaints.

I emailed FB, but have not heard from them. It's been over a week. What is this XD Proxy? I understand it has something to do with ads from FB.
