CRYSIS demo on XPS M1530: works well

I've just tried out the Crysis demo on my new XPS M1530, medium settings. Works quite well, I would say what one may expect from a notebook running a brand-new game.

No overheating.  BTW, I have the large battery. It elevates the notebook a bit, so I have more air under it.

I also made a clean set-up of Win Vista Home Prem, put the newest drivers on the system, and optimized it for performance instead of fancy look.

no no, just the official Dell driver for now to see if and what happens at all. I won't mess around with unofficial drivers for now.

but in case you've got a hint for me, I'm curiously listening ...

after further experimenting, I can let you know that driver v169.44 with laptopvideotogo's standard modded .inf coming with that driver works absolutely fine and fast.
