Cannot download latest Latitude E6410 BIOS
Im trying to download the latest BIOS from Dell for the Latitude E6410 but each time I download it and try to open it/extract it, it says it is corrupted or it crashes.
Can someone help out?

Hi Riahc3,
I've downloaded the A16 BIOS from both dell.com/support and downloads.dell.com and they install with no issues.
Can you check what BIOS you currently have installed on the system, as before updating above A10 you need to have A11 installed on the system. If you're not up to A11 yet then follow the instructions below from the Important Information tab on the BIOS download page:
first apply the P02 patch (E6410P02.EXE) before upgrading to this BIOS.

2. Please note that if the A08 or before A08 BIOS is currently installed on your system
you must first update to A09 BIOS and then flash to the latest A-rev BIOS.

3. Please note that if the A10 or before A10 BIOS is currently installed on your system
you must first update to A11 BIOS and then flash to the latest A-rev BIOS.
