Cursor jumps around

I have tried the various options, including TouchFreeze.  Nothing helps.  It's not the touchpad.  It can happen with the touchpad shut off and nothing anywhere near it.  Dell is in denial that there is a problem, so they insist it is the fault of the user touching the touchpad.  How long must this denial go on?

You should post your exact problem--when it happens,etc, model computer and operating system to get an answer here on this users helping users forum.

Jumping cursors could mean a problem with your video drivers. Try updating or reinstalling yours.
