DELL XPS 13 9343
I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right place but, Im desperately in need of help.
Just earlier my dell XPS 13 froze on the dell boot screen with the loading circle stopped. I'm not sure what to do because I can't remove the battery to restart it. I've tried holding down the power button but no luck.
Is there a way to hard restart the laptop that I don't know about? This is really frustrating, anyone have any clues or a solution?

Run Dell F12 Preboot Diagnostics tool to check the hardware on computer. Please follow steps below:
1. Turn off computer and disconnect all peripherals - printer, flash drive, external drive, etc....).
2. Power on system, quickly start tapping the F12 key continuously. In boot menu, stroll down to diagnostic and then click on it. After quick tests, click on hard drive and run Thorough Test mode. Report back any error code. Please click on link below:
