DELL XPS M 1730 with beeps problem

Hi,

I have an old DELL XPS M1730 with dualboot systems win7(32 bit, primary os) and win10(64bit) on same hd.

but i have this problem:

there so many beeps and I do not understand what the problem is.

I tested hardware with Pre - Boot System Assessment and diagnostics online, all the tests did not detect any hardware problem.
All Windows SO works fine, but all disto Linux SO have the same problem just after the boot and before the log-in (so no desktop, no log-in) only this: i62.tinypic.com/ibchh5.jpg>
