Dell BH200 Headset Battery Question

Hi,

I landed here because I could find this type of product listed under any peripheral group...

I've had this headset since 2008 and battery will no longer charge.  Can anyone tell me the answer to either of both questions?

1.  Which speaker is the battery located in?

2.  Is there an simple way to disassemble the device?  At this point, I would take my chances — the unit is no longer working and i've lots of time and experience left on the clock ...  :)
