Dell Inspiron 14R (N4110)

I have used this laptop for 3 years, and one time while i was working, it randomly shut down. When i booted it up , after the windows symbol came up it crashed, so i ran a diagnostics test to find out that the processor fan was running faster that usual. So i opened up my laptop, cleaned the motherboard, processor, and a huge amount of dust off the fan, added new thermal paste, but when i booted it up again, it still crashed, so i ran about 5 more diagnostic tests, and all came out clean, i got no error codes or anything, and still my laptop continues to crash for absolutely no reason.

In my opinion, this type of behavior is a sign of motherboard failure.

Apparently, you ran the lappy without ever cleaning the dust from the exhaust fan /CPU cooler.

That causes the entire system to run hot, which will cause hardware failure.

I'm not saying for sure is the MOBO,  just from my experience with Dell laptops.
