Dell Inspiron M5010 Motherboard

Hi all,

My Laptop will not boot and just gives 7 beeps. I understand from the Dell beep codes that this pertains to a faulty CPU. I have replaced the CPU but there is still nothing but the 7 beeps. Does anyone know where I can source a new/refurbished Motherboard???
