Dell Inspiron N5010 7 beeps no display
Hi ,
My dell inspiron n5010 displays nothing power led is on but no display and on pressing fn key while starting it beeps 7 times. I have tried reseating all the devices like ram, HDD,CD-ROM,etc. At times it displays some flashes on pressing D + power key and then blank screen comes and beeps 8 times. ......
Please help me!!!!!!!!

Seven beeps is a mainboard or CPU failure - more likely the board than the CPU. Given the cost of a board and age of the system, the best course of action is to shop for a replacement system.
If you must repair this system, the board you need is this one if you have Intel graphics

$150 or so plus the cost of labor to install it.
