Hi,

Welcome to the Community. Is there a light on the AC adapter? Does it go off when plugged into the computer? Try removing the battery, disconnect the AC adapter, press and hold the power button for 15 seconds. Then try powering on with AC adapter alone.

Thank you

Yes there is a blue light in the AC adapter I did the step you said and now the power button light is on but the screen is not coming on. No buttons make the screen react or the computer react really.

Hi,

Try connecting an external monitor to the system, to check if there is Display.

Hi,

It looks like a motherboard failure, as there is no power on the system. If you have an active warranty, send me a Private Message, click on my user name, add me as a friend, and send me your service tag, phone number and address.

Thank you
