Hello Mahmoud Shaaban,

Welcome to the Dell Community.

Usually this happens if the driver is faulty. You can refresh or update the driver by going to device manager (For WinXP -Start-Control Panel-Device manager, For Vista/Win7 Start-type device manager in start search and click on Device manager in search results)

In the device manager window you will have a list of items, expand Display Adapters by clicking on the plus symbol, right click on each item and select uninstall and confirm. It will ask you to restart the computer, Click Yes and restart the system.

If the issue persists, update your driver from, www.support.dell.com
