Webcams are not separate programs and do not appear in the programs list. They only start from within other programs like Windows Live Messenger, Skype etc. Download Windows Live messenger if you don't already have it.

SatuMare,

I have to work a long day today, but when I get home, I'll check my Windows 7 partition and see if I have the Webcam in my programs list. I see I have it in Vista and I am running a defragmenter at the present time.

Windows 7 did not like installing the webcam software. I think I put in the webcam disk and selected view files and folders. Then I installed the webcam in the compatibility mode.

Right click on the setup.exe file, left click properties, left click compatibility. Change the compatibility to Vista. Then install the proper drivers.
