Dell XPS 13 L321X trackpad issues after Windows 10 update

After updating to windows 10, the trackpad no longer works properly. There is no clicking or scrolling so I have resorted to using a mouse. This is clearly to do with the cypress trackpad drivers not being optimized to Windows 10. The suggestions in this forum post for the newer XPS 13 to reinstall the drivers don't work either: en.community.dell.com/.../19622085

Am waiting for a driver update from Dell.

Any other solutions are very welcome as I'm sure there are many other XPS 13 users in the same situation.

I also had this problem on my L321X with Windows 10 and tried many different drivers. Now I found one that seems to be working all right. I can use the two, three or four finger inputs again and all the clicking features are also working.

The driver is named "Cypress Touchpad – 5.5.1.59" and can be found on the following website:

I would also like to see updated drivers for the cypress touchpad for windows 10. Regrettably I  have had to rebuild my XPS13 (L322X) as 8.1 due to this.

Thanks for that - yes that driver mostly works for me as well. Clicking is a bit temperamental but it is much better than previously!

Hopefully Dell releases an official driver for the L321X soon.

Thank you!!

I signed up for a dell account just to reply to this post.   This has for my model L321X XPS 13.   Once I had upgraded my computer from Windows 7,  the trackpad stopped working.   I used a spare usb mouse to install the drivers as mentioned on the site.

Thank you.

I have the same model of XPS and had the same issue when I updated to Windows 10. The latest Cypress driver worked for me and so far so good for the last 5 days i had it installed.
