Disable the Touch Pad on Inspiron 15 with Win10

I recently restarted the laptop for some AVG updates and now the Touch Pad is enabled again after it being disabled. I have a USB mouse. When I go into Settings>Devices>Mouse & Touchpad and click on Additional Mouse Options and click on the blue link that says Click to Change DellTouchpad Settings, nothing happens. Please help.

You can disable the Touchpad driver in Device Manager:

1. Press the windows key and X key at the same time

2. Device Manager

3. Mice And Other Pointing Devices

4. Right click on Dell Touchpad, and then disable
