E5570 turn off instead of sleep
Brand new E5570 turns off instead of sleep when I click Sleep.
Windows 10 2015 LTSB fresh install all updated / BIOS drivers etc.
powercfg / energy has only one line:
Errors
Platform Power Management Capabilities:PCI Express Active-State Power Management (ASPM) Disabled
PCI Express Active-State Power Management (ASPM) has been disabled due to a known incompatibility with the hardware in this computer.

Solution is to downgrade firmware... it Works fine now with older.

Thanks for posting.
I would suggest that you run the diagnostics on the computer by following the steps mentioned in the video below and check if there is any issue with the hardware on your system.
