Error Code: 2000.0123 Msg: Memory integrity test failed

As my Studio 1557 kept giving blue screen, I decided to run diagnostics. 

When both rams were installed I got  2000.0123 Memory integrity test failed.

Then I uninstalled one, i got same error.

I tried the one i just uninstalled on same slot, i got same error.

And then i tried them both on the other slot, i didn't have any errors.

So I guess now,  my mainboard is broken, am I right?

The thing is, fan has been changed 2 times, and mainboard has been changed before. I've been using this notebook with an acceptable Thermaltake cooler from the day I have bought it.  What makes this notebook like that? 7200rpm HDD? i7 processor? I don't know what causes that heat. Design maybe?

It's out of warranty now. I'm tired of this notebook. It's such a big disappointment.
