Error on boot The Amount of system memory has changed

No I didnt install any new memory.  I recieve this message and my system crashes. Did my memory crash or is it somthing in the Bios. I just had to have my fan replaced and only had my 1100 back for a week.  Do I need to send in to dell a second time? Any thoughts?
