Flickering problem with my Dell XPS 139350 Norwbook

I have this Dell XPS 139350 Notebook running Windows 10 64 bit OS which has just gone out of the warranty a couple of months ago.

I have following two problems with my display:

1. I have this flickering of screen every few minutes where the entire screen blinks.

2.  A few times everyday the entire screen goes blank. I then close the lid, open the lid and login to my notebook. I am then back to where I was when the screen went blank.

No loss of work but very annoying in both the above scenerios.

Dell technician has checked my notebook using a remote session but no improvement.

Microsoft technician has also tried to help me by updating Windows 10 but no improvement.

Any help will be appreciated.
