Fn and MS key swapped on Inspiron 2200 laptop

Folks, w/o damaging my keyboard... how difficult is it to swap these keys? The keyboard itself is fine. Just want to swap these two (2) keys. I'm only asking since this used laptop I bought has the keys already swapped... meaning the MS key is to the right of the left-shift key and the Fn key is to the right of the MS key. Bass-akwards. TIA!
