How do i get rid of Automatic Repair loop?

So whenever i start my dell inspiron 7567, it alway loads to an automatic repair screen and whenever i try to restart, it does the same thing over and over. I can't even load the safe mode reset the data. I think that this might be because i got full storage but how can i delete stuff when i can't load anything except automatic repair.

I'm assuming you aren't able to boot into windows 10......

Please run the diagnostic tool to check hardware on the system by following steps below:

1. Power off system. Remove all peripherals (except Ac adapter)

2. Power on system, quickly start tapping F12 continuously until you see Preparing one time boot menu in the top right corner of the screen. In boot menu select diagnostic. After quick tests, click Hard drive and then Thorough Test Mode. Report back any error code.
