How to determine part numbers from Original System Configuration (LCD/Inverter)

I need to replace the LCD of the laptop and am trying to determine which one I need.  I've entered in the Service Tag and reviewed the original configuration but am having a hard time deciphering what is what.  Wondering if I might get some assistance.  Looking to get the LCD replaced along with the Inverter numbers.
