I have a Dell Latitude D630 laptop looking to reinstall to factory settings

I have not got any of the required start up disks

I have tried to restore to factory settings but don ot have any disks and from dell website i cant have followed instructions about pressing ctrl & F11 but this does not work either

this is windows xp professional edition

any help please

Not everyone thinks you are stupid! I do not know why some get on message boards to insult people! Try contacting Dell and requesting a set of backup discs!

Yes i have tried all of these first I am not totally stupid but thanks for your help anyway

none of these instructions work for me and i do not have any of the original disks otherwise i would restore myself

thanks for that but i have bought laptop from someone and they have already lost  original & replacement disks site is saying only 1 set per system can be ordered
